Quality supplies for horseback riding is expensive and often out of our price range, especially when buying for kids. Keep reading for a few options and tricks to purchasing quality tack or clothing for less.
To start, make sure you know your size, and what items/brands you're interested in. We have a few tack stores in the area, and nothing is stopping you from trying some clothes on and getting an idea of what you like. This makes shopping online SO much easier.
1. Check out online resale shops, specially made for horse stuff!

Used Horse Stuff is a great option. Subscribe to get updates on new items that have arrived. They have a great selection of kids apparel. This is also a great place to sell.

Sporthorse Saddlery in New Hudson, MI has a great resale section of their store. It's definitely more of a shot in the dark to find something you need, but you can find great deals on high-quality items.

As mentioned earlier, shop around at your local tack shop or online store to know what brands and sizes you're looking for. You can also save your searches for future use and get notifications when new items are added!
